ZillowVERIFIEDWe've had Kevin for 5 occasions, both selling and buying. He goes over and beyond what is expected. Our last deal, hurricane Milton caused damage to our house and delayed closing. Kevin arranged to get our lanai repaired, went to Home Depot and bought shingles and, got a roofer to repair the roof. On Friday the inspector approved the repairs and our buyers were able to close on Monday. Kevin always follows up on phone calls and texts.
