ZillowVERIFIED When we first saw the listing for what would be our future home, we had no idea what we were doing. We didn't even realize that the listing agent would be repping us in the deal! He was extremely patient and responsive as we peppered him with questions about the house itself, the buying process, and he even helped us with some packages we had shipped to show up on closing day. (Reader: they didn't show up on closing day, they showed up a week early. He grabbed them for us.) On the deal itself, I negotiate for a living and some of the improvements Kevin pushed for were things that would not have occurred to me. Very satisfied with our deal and with our agent.

Coming from Chicago our standards were high in terms of living space within a 10 block radius of Walnut & Broad (2 bed, 2 bath, minimum 1300 sq. feet, outdoor space/balcony, high ceilings, lots of light, central air, parking)...he quickly determined the few buildings that fit our criteria and scheduled appointments within 24 hours of our meeting. He even showed us a unit that hadn't come onto the market yet. For serious renters/buyers with challenging urban living requirements, I couldn't recommend Kevin more.
