Kevin really worked with us to help find a great house for us and in a great area. We had to really trust him and it worked out great! We are so happy with the location and where we are at! He found us a house before it even went on the market and we got a great deal. We enjoyed working with him and will work with him in the future if we decide to move again.

He was extremely patient and responsive as we peppered him with questions about the house itself, the buying process, and he even helped us with some packages we had shipped to show up on closing day. (Reader: they didn't show up on closing day, they showed up a week early. He grabbed them for us.) On the deal itself, I negotiate for a living and some of the improvements Kevin pushed for were things that would not have occurred to me. Very satisfied with our deal and with our agent.
