We then started the search and found something at my budget with about 3 weeks. He walked me through making the offer, getting the inspection, getting the mortgage secured through multiple lenders, and was there for every step of the process. I closed yesterday on my dream condo and couldnt have done it without him. Highly, highly recommended if you want a great experience and youre nervous about buying your first place in Philly.
