ZillowVERIFIED Our circumstances required a seasoned real estate professional, as we were facing three (3) escrows, one of which was a 'Contingency', in an effort to move up. To further complicate matters, the timing of each was crucial; if just 1 of the 3 fell through, the other 2 were doomed as well. My wife have know and worked with Kevin since 2009. In that time, we have entrusted Kevin to handle all our real estate transactions with precision> grace and professionalism. However, the complexity of this three (3) transaction deal required precision timing which Kevin managed to accomplish as if it was a "walk in the park".
