Most of the process involved digital documents which made it easy to sign amendments and get other information to him as needed. We had our house on the market the year prior and the other realtors we hired couldn't sell it finally we met with Kevin who guaranteed us he could sell our house within a week and a half we had an offer. We closed in April however we needed to put in a septic system for the new owners as we had agreed upon. Even though Kevin was paid and pretty much done he stuck with us getting the septic put in he had to rewrite amendments many times all the while reassuring us he would stick with us all the way to the end and he did all the way to October when the septic was finally done. We had a wonderful experience if ever there is a great team of realtors its the Marciniak team. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED In May of 1993 we called Dale Marciniak to help us find a home. We had gone to countless open houses and had no luck. Within a couple of weeks Dale found a home for us that we loved. We bought the home and enjoyed it for 25 years. Over the years we updated our home and when we decided to down size we called Dale in November to come and look at our home and see what else needed to be done to get the best price. Dale and Ryan Marciniak came out and walked through the house looking at everything. As they walked through they gave me tips on things that needed to be done to pass a home inspection and they gave me some ideas of things that werent necessary but would help sell the home. In the beginning of March I called Dale back and let him know that within two weeks I would be ready to sell. I signed with him and the next week he sent a photographer to take pictures and make a video. The photographer did an incredible job, the house went on the market on March 22, 2018 at 3pn and by 10pm that night I accepted an offer over asking price. The house sold in 7 hours. Dale and Ryan and their team kept in constant contact with me all the way to the closing. During that time I had been working with Ryan and he helped us find our new home. You wont find better service anywhere!

He made our fist time home buying process very easy and basically held our hands every step of the way. It was very helpful to us considering we didnt know the life span of a furnace or a sump pump etc....The closing on our house was a breeze as well.
