We were under a tight timeline and Kevin was able to help us find the perfect place within a week's time...seriously, this guy would see a new listing on the market and we'd be checking it out with Kevin in person within an hour. We purchased a foreclosure on a VA loan and Kevin went above and beyond, working with our lender and the seller's agent to ensure that we could pass the VA's inspection/appraisal. Thanks to him stepping in and persuading the HOA to put a rush on the last piece of the puzzle to get us to closing, we were able to close on the house 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy...great experience working with him!

The selling realtor was Kevin and a couple months later, we were in our beautiful new home! We really appreciated Kevins help in purchasing our home, which had been foreclosed and required a few more hoops than a different house would have. Less than a year later, we were in the market again to purchase a home for my mother in law. We contacted Kevin and told him his work would be cut out for him :-) Our budget and wants were very different from the previous home we purchased. Kevin tirelessly brought us to home after home until we found one within our budget but still liveable. Thanks for all your hard work Kevin! You made the house hunting, buying and moving in process fun! (Especially a certain spiral staircase experience....my husband and I still talk about that house!) :-)
