Kevin was with me from start to finish buying my house near Bluewater Lake: from the first phone call, to our first afternoon of househunting, through the purchase offer & negotiations and all the way to closing. As a first-time homebuyer with a lot of questions, I needed somebody who knew the area and could navigate the home-buying process; he put me at ease with his local knowledge and understanding of how the process works. I'd recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Grants-Gallup-Thoreau (& Bluewater Lake) area.

We were trying to buy a house from out of state and move back to New Mexico. The job did not work out, so we did not buy a house, but my husband and I highly recommend Kevin Long to anyone looking to buy a home. He is very friendly, which is important, and he worked hard to help us find a house. He gave us good advice, kept us informed about houses for sale, and he was quick about sending us paperwork when we thought we were going to make an offer. When we had questions about specific houses, he was fast about getting us answers to our questions. He seemed knowledgeable, and we felt like he was trying to help us find the best house for us at the best price. If we eventually move to the Gallup area, we would use Kevin Long as our realtor. Dealing with him was a really good experience. I think you will be happy you picked him.

Kevin was able to discern what I was really looking for and helped steer me in the right direction. He had great patience in showing homes until I found my dream house. His personal knowledge of the rural areas I was interested in was invaluable. I was very happy with the service Kevin provided.

The process of selling our home in CA, buying a home in NM and returning to the true Southwest was incredibly long and complicated. Kevin worked with us every step of the way. He prompted us for the next action steps as they came up, offered helpful suggestions regarding any problems, and maintained a positive attitude even when roadblocks came up on our end. Kevin is current in best practices for realtors in general, seems to have good relationships with other professionals and is honest and direct in his communications. We give him our highest recommendation.
