ZillowVERIFIED Kevin met with me to discuss the sale of my mothers home that she lived in for 51 years. He was honest and upfront regarding changes we may wanna do, the likelihood of it selling quickly and what we were responsible for. The home was put on the market at 7:30 in the morning and by 2 oclock we had three offers two from investors offering less and then a family who offered more. Every time I called with questions he responded immediately. We had a 30 day escrow and we close right on time with his help and guidance I would highly recommend him.
