ZillowVERIFIED kevin responded to my phone call from nj regarding a house for sale in fl. He went to the home facetimed me and gave me a very thorough acct of home which resulted in me putting in offer. He then got me mortgage company (awsome too) who were able to put together pkg for a very short closing date which resulted in seller accepting my offer. Hhe basically walked me through every step and put me with appropriate people to make closing happen. Nothing was ever too much trouble! i did not see the house until i flew down 2 days before closing but he had arranged for a friend to do walk through with him prior to my arrival. He could not have been more gracious. The final walk through was a piece of cake as Kevin had handled every issue personally. Kevin is truly a professional in every way - he has a warm friendly manner that makes working with him such a pleasure. I can honestly say this house purchase (I might add I was in new jersey until closing) went so smoothly and i attribute it totally to Kevin. He demonstrated a masterful understanding of what was necessary to get to a succesful close. Also, he always was very attentive in returning calls, emails, and texts, a rarity these days. Further, whenever needed, he imediatley obtained information required for technical questions that arose. I had letter of approval that proved to be faulty when I was in the close. It must be pointed out that it was the fault of a prominent lending company. An investigation proved the error was a data entry there. So, all in all, Kevin is an expert in his field and his personality fits the trade to a tee.
