I had another agent helping me with the process and I was in between negotiating offers on the sale of my home when my real estate agent got in an accident and couldnt continue with so. I felt terrible for him yet didnt know who I could turn too to pick up where he had left off. Kevin Kalligher came to mind when I found his business card showing my home in an open house with the same real estate group. I contacted Kevin through text messaging and explained the situation. Kevin contacted me shortly after and picked up exactly where the negotiation was left off. We were able to smoothly close on my home and he helped me buy another one in town. Communication was great with Kevin and he responded to all my questions at all hours of the day whenever I had one. With prior experience of buying a home years before the relationship between the agent and me was dry. But with Kevin its like we became friends. He is very professional and wise. When he came to take pictures to list the house, he ended up doing some manual labor hauling out pieces of furniture to help us get the best possible photos. And when it came to buying a house he wrote 3 different offers in a matter of only a couple days to keep presenting and kept us informed of what was going on with the house we wanted to buy (and we did finally win the bid!).He didn't have to do as much work for marketing our house as we ended up selling to someone we knew so we can't speak for him on that account.
