We were first-time homebuyers, and Kevin explained how things would progress, the expectations for what we should be doing on our end to be ready, and gave a clear picture of what was happening during negotiations. His communication throughout was impeccable, he was always happy to answer questions at almost any time of day, and he really has an in-depth knowledge of the Denver market and the industry. We didn't know where to start with a lender, and Kevin provided multiple contacts that he'd worked with in the past so we could contact different people and shop around. The lender we ended up using was fantastic, and someone Kevin had encountered in the industry many times before, which resulted in a very smooth process from start to finish, and great communication between all parties. It's a scary process, but we always felt like we were in great hands.

In today's current Colorado market, if your realtor isn't putting together a strong detailed offer, you are going to have a tough time getting the property.I would highly recommend Kevin for all of the above but for also giving you the best chance of getting the home you want!

We already had a realtor (my wifes mother) who was going to list it for us but Kevin still took the time to help and provide us with his professional experiences.
