ZillowVERIFIEDMy Agent scheduled an appointment the day before to see a house he has listed in Lee's Summit. 10-15 minute prior to appointment time, we called him to see if we can get in early and he said the owners were not able to leave and to schedule another appointment in 2 days. Also, he would not send the Owner's Disclosure that my Agent requested several times. He didn't even have the Owner's Disclosure on the MLS listing for the house. This maybe some kind of real estate violation. He really needs to work on his communication skills if he wants to continue to sell houses in KC. (AI says....Missouri sellers must provide required disclosure forms (sellers disclosure and applicable federal riders) to buyers, and not having the sellers disclosure available on an MLS listing can create legal exposure. Missing disclosures can lead to contract issues and post-closing claims for misrepresentation or nondisclosure; some MLS rules/board policies also require uploads and can trigger MLS discipline.)

From the first contact, completely through the process he struck exactly the right tone with me - present with good follow up without being pushy. His referrals for services I needed to get the house on the market were all excellent. They did exactly what I needed at a fair price, and did excellent quality work. These services were absolutely instrumental in getting the house ready to close. I closed exactly 5 weeks to the day from when the house went on the market, and in that time accomplished a number of major repairs and upgrades.
