He let us take the lead on which houses we wanted to see and was really quick at scheduling them, combining trips so we didn't have to spread it out over multiple days. Text messages were always returned immediately. He suggested to us a respectable price range for the home we bought but I kick myself that I didn't ask for comps to validate his range. Our offer, the low end of that range, was accepted immediately.With our sale we started high, then brought the price down when it didn't sell. He was very quick to follow up with people who saw it to inform them of the price change. Ended up getting an offer from one of them.The Hildebrand team is amazing. It turned into a situation where the buyer's loan fell through and we had numerous complications on the buyer's end. The closing, originally scheduled for mid-October 2016 did not happen until January 2017. Mike kept us sane through this process and did everything possible to facilitate the process from our end. He was professional and responsive. He then went on to sell my house in February of this year. We viewed at least 15 houses, and without Robyn's thorough walk-through and expertise, there are many things we would have missed, such as leaks in basements and mold coming through walls (even in newer houses!). Once we finally found the house we wanted and had an accepted offer almost immediately, we had an inspection done. The roof had to be completely replaced!
