I had a few agents in mind, but decided to meet with Kevin and within a few minutes of our initial meeting I knew he was the agent to list my home with. He was very helpful with providing insights on what would and would not be worth investing in to get the house ready to list. I couldn't have been more impressed and pleased with the overall experience! His strategy for getting our house to market was very successful as we secured great offers within a day of listing. The house actually sold on day 1 for a little more than the asking price and we closed to the satisfaction of all parties within 30 days. In fact, it all happened so quickly that we never even had time to order a Sign for the yard! I would highly recommend Kevin to represent anyone in any real estate transaction!

And we closed! All the while being readily available via voice,txt,email for any questions or concerns. That was a residential deal, sold before the spring market! We quickly pivoted and got a prime piece of commercial real estate under contract, funded and closed in the midst of the Covid 19 Global Crisis.
