As an out of state buyer Kevin was truly our eyes and ears on the ground. He was willing and able to dig into whatever are of the house we needed included attics and crawl spaces. On a few occasions he pointed out issues that we would have never been able to see without him pointing it out - which wasn't exactly in his best interest but it was in ours. In the busiest of busy markets he frequently got us into new listings for a virtual viewing the same day, if not the next.
