Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as far as what to look for, consider, and made extremely helpful suggestions. It didn't take long for the both of us to trust Kevin. There was one home in particular where he point blank said "you guys should under no circumstance by this house.". With that in mind, I knew he had our best interest at heart, and we truly felt that with every walk through we did with Kevin. It was extremely difficult even with a significantly higher budget (which we knew we needed to do to get the home we wanted), we were still getting outbid and at one point, were ready to give up. Not once did Kevin say he wasn't available for us or couldn't make a showing. If it wasn't for Kevin, I don't believe my wife and I would be in our dream home.

Kevin was great going beyond what was expected and doing things for us we just couldn?t do or didn?t know about since we weren?t there (like removing 15+ paint cans that had been left there through the years by different tenants). Despite limited inventories and buyers putting in offers way over asking, Kevin was patient, persistent and successful in helping me find a safe, solid home for a reasonable price. At several points in our search, he could have let me buy a house that I would have regretted years down the line just to end the painstaking search in this market, but instead he imparted his vast knowledge of the local history and cautioned me thoroughly as to what I would be getting into. Kevin sent in a Staging Professional to give us advice then scheduled a professional photo shoot. The pictures were amazing. We had an open house within days of the listing going live on MLS. Multiple offers were received as a result of the open house and we were under contract within 2 days. After negotiations were complete, we wound up selling our home for $3,000 more than we listed. When it was time to find an out of state Realtor to help us with the purchase of our new home, Kevin made some phone calls to find someone with the expertise to help us with our purchase. My husband immediately mentioned that he wanted Kevin as our Real Estate agent. They met at another challenging time when my Mother-in-Law passed away and my husband; his three siblings and their Uncle needed to sell the home after she had passed away. So in January 2017 we went ahead and gave him a call. He took the time to meet with us asking what we were looking for in a home and get to know what both of us were looking for. We received e-mails of homes that matched what we had mentioned. Kevin took us to see the homes that we were interested in (I did mention that he is a very patient man, right)? Along our journey into homes he advised us of some important things to look for. He ended up showing us a home that was not on the list based on what we were looking for and in April 2017 it became our forever home. Kevin has led us to a home that has literally made a world of difference in our lives. I would recommend him to anyone!
