Kevin was nothing short of incredible while helping my wife and I navigate through this extremely challenging time to buy a home. We started our search with Kevin back in 2023. Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as far as what to look for, consider, and made extremely helpful suggestions. It didn't take long for the both of us to trust Kevin. There was one home in particular where he point blank said "you guys should under no circumstance by this house.". With that in mind, I knew he had our best interest at heart, and we truly felt that with every walk through we did with Kevin. It was extremely difficult even with a significantly higher budget (which we knew we needed to do to get the home we wanted), we were still getting outbid and at one point, were ready to give up. Not once did Kevin say he wasn't available for us or couldn't make a showing. If it wasn't for Kevin, I don't believe my wife and I would be in our dream home.
