ZillowVERIFIED Kevin is and was the best thing that happened for us during the selling of our home and purchasing a new home. We had a first-timer buyer with an inexperienced agent for the home we were selling. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable in helping guide both sides of the transaction to an easy close. He kept up with the communications to all parties on both transactions. We were in a hotel for a few days during the close process and Kevin offered to pay for that, but we did not take him up on that offer. He did, however, give us a very nice house-warming gift. Kevin is very kind and thoughtful. I have already recommended Kevin to our son. He and his wife are thinking of making a move, but have not quite decided yet. To top things off, Kevin
