We are not neighbors but the distance was not an issue. I felt like he or his team were always there if I needed them. From organizing the painting of my house to the open houses Kevin handled it all. He knew I wanted a great buyer with no hassles. Well the buyer that was delivered could not have been more perfect. We went into escrow. I signed some docs via docusign and 30 days later I had my money. It was literally that easy. Every time I called Kevin either answered or text me back telling me when he would call. Bottom line is Kevin does business the RIGHT way. Doesnt make false promises.
