My pipeline is very diverse, I work with people from all walks of life.

One of my last transactions my client had stage 4 cancer. His ultimate goal was to sell his home and use the proceeds to buy a new home free and clear for his family. Now this doesn't sound to hard but his neighborhood has a bunch of inventory sitting on the market and his home backs up to the 71 Fwry. If a window is open or you're standing in the backyard you can really hear all the traffic noise big time. The house was a large home but needed a lot of updating inside. We couldn't price it to low due to we needed enough money so he could buy his new home. So I decided to help him, knowing this was not going to be easy. A couple weeks later I had him an offer that wowed him and he was beyond excited. If it wasn't for my marketing tactics and negotiating skills his property would probably still be sitting on the market. What touched me the most was when I met with my client before he moved and gave them farewell gift. He started to crying and thanked me for making this possible and allowing him to give his family their new home free and clear of any mortgage that they will have to pay. For him knowing this is reality now he can go in peace knowing everything will be okay in the future. At time I wonder if God puts me in front of people knowing I can help them out and answer there wish to him. Only God knows I guess but if he does use me for it I'm here to make it happen.
