We were so lucky to have Kevin as our buying agent for our first house. We were not seriously looking to buy at the time, but when we saw a house that checked all the boxes, we said why not, and reached out to Kevin. He got us a private viewing the same day, offer accepted the next week, and keys in our hands within three weeks. It is a decent sized, turnkey house at a really competitive price that we were sure we would be outbid on but Kevin's extraordinary negotiating skills came through. It was the first and only house we looked at, and he made it happen. He also made the whole buying process pretty straightforward and easier than we imagined it would be, always responsive and knowledgeable and he had our full confidence every step of the way. Within a month, suddenly we were homeowners and we'll forever feel grateful for his help getting us into our very own home.

From the moment we meet each other I knew I would be in good hands. Kevin did an amazing job in helping us sell and but our new home. He is a responsible and transparent person. He helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions even if we asked multiple times. At all times he would answer the phone, even if it was late in the evening.
