The photo shoot consisted of daytime as well as night shots bringing out the best depiction of our property. The sales pamphlet was beautiful where it was obvious that he spared no expense in production. The online site for my property consisted of 54 professional photos.Kevin's knowledge of Bell Canyon, sound and accurate advice as well as an excellent support staff enabled a smooth transaction. ZillowVERIFIED Kevin Godley is the consummate real estate professional. We have worked with Kevin on 2 previous deals; finding solid tenants for our rental property and selling another rental property. Kevin's expertise and knowledge of his area is such that I brought him into our rental home to get his suggestions on what improvements we would need to maximize the value of the home. I also needed a realistic projection on what the house would bring on the market. We completed the renovations and Kevin sold the house at our first open house event! In addition he was able to get $30k more than we had originally projected. Paperwork was signed 2 days after that the escrow closed very smoothly in about 30 days. I've bought and sold a lot of homes in my life but have never sold a house the first day it was on the market. I must give Kevin the credit for his direction, marketing and closing of this deal. Kevin is our "go-to" man with anything real estate. In my opinion, you can't do any better.
