They came highly recommended by our lender, who knew we were looking for professionals with decades of experience with in-depth knowledge of our area. Our initial meeting with Tawnya and Kevin was at a property we'd asked to see, and instantly we felt at ease. We decided to make an offer on the property, they helped us land on a price and by the time we'd driven home, the offer letter was waiting in our email. They provided strong representation during a few days of back-and-forth negotiations and ultimately our offer was accepted. Selling our home went just as smooth. We agreed on a list price, and their detailed marketing strategy was impressive which included a strong online presence. It worked! The house was in escrow in less than two weeks and closed in less than 30 days. This transaction also required a few days of negotiations, which they always had our back. ZillowVERIFIED Tawnya recently helped us sell our family home of 20 years and purchase a new home that will carry us through our next stage as empty nesters. From the start it seemed like a long shot to make this deal happen but Tawnyas persistence and expertise made it happen. Our house sold in only a few days in a neighborhood with several other homes listed for sale. When it looked as though our purchase of the new home wasnt going to happen, she was happy to take us out to look for alternative homes. In the end, it all worked out and we ended up in the home we originally wanted. Tawnya kept us informed pretty much daily-even when there was no new news. She responded to calls/texts almost immediately no matter the time of day. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I confronted the Reality Group and he called me back, accusing me of aEURoelyingaEUR? saying he was there, which he in fact was not because we were there and the neighbors even seen us parked waiting for 45 minutes in the driveway. He used slander while yelling at me, talking over me and hung up on me twice. This is a very unfortunate and unprofessional representation of this property. If youre the owner of the property on S. Nash Way in Chandler AZ, I hope you find better representation of your beautiful home. After reading reviews, Wally needs to be held accountable for his actions. Never will my family or friend rent any of Ericksons Properties.

With two kids and one on the way, my husband and I finally bit the bullet and decided to move from the city (SF) to the burbs (Brentwood). We were given a handful of recommendations for realtors by friends and family. After chatting and interacting with a few different agents, it was clear to me that Tawnya would be an excellent fit for us after our first conversation. Especially being new to the Brentwood area, plus the competitive Bay Area market, it was highly beneficial to have Tawnyas local knowledge and real estate experience.
