Kevin buys, sells and flips a number of properties himself so he is very astute when looking at properties and has a great black book of local talented contractors that can help you. ZillowVERIFIED Kevin helped us buy a home in Summerville from our residence in Chattanooga, TN. We knew it would be tricky because we couldn't drive the 7 hours to go house hunting in person, the market was just too hot. Kevin assured us he was experienced in working with buyers long distance, and felt comfortable doing video or live streaming the walk through of any homes that we liked, so we could get a jump on placing an offer earlier. The prospect seemed intimidating but we placed our trust on his honest demeanor and his past experience flipping homes that he'd have a good eye for issues. We were not disappointed. He got us a walkthrough the next day of a house that had just come on the market that we were interested in. In the walk through, he pointed out the pros and cons. He didn't try to hide a thing. He guided us on our bidding offer to make sure we didn't go more than we necessarily thought we had to, and secured the contract. From there on to closing time he was easily accessible, quick to respond to text inquiries, and professionally saw us through to closing. He's continued to check in here and there to make sure we've settled in and see if we need anything he might be able to help with (recommendations for a local painter, connections for job hunting, restaurant suggestions... literally anything). He's a realtor and a genuinely honest, caring human being.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin is an AWESOME realtor. We meet Kevin about 2 years ago before moving to the Charleston area. We were looking for a home to rent not knowing the area we decided not to buy immediately. Kevin took the time to walk through homes for us, take videos and send them to us so we could view from another state. This was very surprising as we were just going to rent a home so really nothing was in it for him monetarily. He told us that this is his way of maintaining his reputation, building his rapore and gaining repeat clients. He even went as far as to bring us a house warming gift for our rental and to check up on us to make sure the move and the house was as we were anticipating. My wife and I knew after all of Kevin's efforts that he was a realtor that was to be valued and took much pride in his work and work relationships. Kevin is definitely one that will go above and beyond for his clients. We told Kevin when the time comes we would use him for the purchase of a home. Now, almost 2 years later he is still our realtor. He showed us many homes, even at a moments notice, helped with the pros and cons of each home and how each could potentially hold theit value. One of the houses that we looked at on literally a 15 minutes notice is now our new home! Kevin made the process extremely easy for us as a buyer. Throughout the buying process he answered MANY questions we had even late at night and even on Thanksgiving. Once our time in our new house is up, Kevin will again be our realtor, Hands down!
