I was particularly impressed with the notable service that my wife and I received from the Kevin Corcoran Team - never before in our home purchases and sales have we experienced our agent(s) doing anything more than their basic job to support our purchase or sale. The Kevin Corcoran Team proactively investigated AND fixed several deficient aspects related to the home with no cost to us! Also, Kevin and his team did an excellent job facilitating and negotiating our new home purchase! He noted details related to the purchase that we had not considered and provided valuable insight in to other aspects of the purchase. Domini assisted immensely with the more technical aspects of the purchase and helped me greatly related to the home warranty selection process and connecting me with people they trusted to help with the home items that needed attention.
