I highly recommend Kevin! My sister who also had a great experience with Kevin introduced me to him, and we've made other introductions to our friends and family. How good a realtor is Kevin Carter? He's so good that my family has engaged him four times to serve as our agent (twice as buyers and twice as sellers). What makes him such a terrific agent? First, he knows the market - what's available and what are fair values. Second, he quickly learns what his buyers are seeking so that the search process is much more efficient and successful. Third, he's highly skilled at marketing properties and maximizing their appeal to potential buyers. Fourth, his efforts on his client's behalf do not diminish once a contract is signed. In our case, he identified vital improvements in our new condo that we were not aware we needed and then convinced the builder to add them, saving us a lot of money and even more disappointment. Fifth, Kevin is a straight shooter: he will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. Finally, Kevin is a pleasure to work with. The next time we need a top real estate agent to represent us as buyers or sellers, our first - and probably our last - call will be to Kevin Carter.

Kevin was fantastic to work with! This was a first time selling for me and he helped every step of the way. He was honest, straight forward and patient. He helped me tremendously with the sale of my condo. Having never sold a property before, I had tons of questions - some times the same one many times over - and he answered each one thoroughly. He had great suggestions on upgrades for the property and even recommended some contractors to work with. He was prompt, informative, and straightforward and an absolute pleasure to work with. Kevin made the entire process very easy. I would definitely recommend his services!
