During the 9 years I have been working as REALTOR in the Treasure Valley I have worked with a variety of clients from seasoned investors to first time home buyers and everything in between. Recently I worked with one of my wife's friends to sell their current home and buy a new one. They wanted to sell their home and move into their new home on the same day. This is challenging to say the least. It takes a lot of coordination between the Sellers, Buyers, REALTORS, appraisers, lenders, and title companies. Luckily, I have a strong team that includes an experienced closing coordinator. We were able to pull it off and my clients were ecstatic!

After working for my family's plating company in northeast Ohio I was ready for a change. During a trip, I met my future wife who lived in Boise Idaho. When I came to Boise to visit her I fell in love with it. Real estate had always been an interest of mine so I decided to pursue it as a career. After graduating real estate school, I joined Keller Williams Realty as an agent. While at KW I met my current business partner, Vince Grillo. We worked together on a few projects and realized that we made a great time. We are very different and we balance each other out. After working together for 3 years to KW we decided to start our own office where we could focus on our clients and not have to worry about the inter office politics involved with working at a big company like KW. We started Idaho River Realty in 2011 and we haven't looked back.

The 9 years that I have been an agent coupled with the experience of my business partner have been the best training that I could ask for. I am an experienced negotiator. I also have flipped several homes and have obtained extensive knowledge about repairs. We have relationships with area repair vendors who can provide free quotes and complete work on a tight budget and time frame. These resources have greatly helped my clients whether they need to make repairs prior to listing their home for sale or if they need assistance on renovating the home after purchasing it.
