Kevin helped us find a high end rental in exactly the location we wanted. He started by asking a ton of questions and listening to our answers so he truly understood what we were looking for. He has a keen knowledge of the market and knew when the right time to strike was. Kevin is super responsive by text, phone and email. He arranged showings for us that fit our schedule and communicated with the realtors if we wanted a showing outside the preferred time. When we found the place we wanted, Kevin handled all the negotiations so all we had to do was sign the lease.
