During and after the process, Kevin is there to help. Kevin likes to give the best client experience possible, he will sit down with you and talk through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Madison market. (it's hot folks, and things sell quick) Based on your input (budget, ideal home, ideal location, ideal size), Kevin will provide ideas on neighborhoods that might fit your wants/needs/ and what type of home you might expect to find within your budget. You will check out listings, while Kevin can help with the pros/cons of the different things you will see in each house and neighborhood. If you are an indecisive home shopper,(sometimes it's tough to make a decision) have no fear. Kevin has a vast knowledge about local communities and the types of homes in the Madison area. Most important, Kevin will always be honest with you about each property. He is always available and helpful, and you truly feel that he has your best interests at heart. If you ever decide to move, or sell your home, contact Kevin Campos.

Kevin is so wonderful to work with, hes extremely responsive and can help with difficult situations with calmness and strength . Kevin can explain the buying process in simple terms to first time buyers or be a partner to experienced sellers. My mom used him to sell her home after 42 years, and I am using him to sell mine and buy a new home. He has great suggestions and he keeps going to chase down opportunities if needed.

If my parents were selling their home, i would insist they work with Kevin. Kevin helped us find and buy our house while we were still living in Michigan. We appreciated Kevin's extra effort to handle details and his sincere consideration to help us find the right home for us. Initially we considered building and Kevin helped us explore available options, once we realized building would not work for us, with out missing a beat Kevin began helping us look for purchase options. If we ever move again, we will work with Kevin and if anyone I know needs help buying or selling, we will recommend Kevin with out any reservation.

Kevin was awesome to work with. He never made us feel rushed or like we were looking at too many houses for too long. He had answers for all of our questions, and if he didn't know them right away, he found out and let us know. He made the home buying process way less stressful than it could have been. Highly recommend Kevin Campos!
