I started working with Kevin after I told him the type of house I wanted to purchase and the time frame we were planning to buy a house and move to Minnesota. He was available all the time when I needed to talk to him regarding a house I saw while searching Zillow. He would respond to my emails right away and would encourage me to contact him anytime of the day. He is humble and very professional. As I was not available most of the time to take a look at the properties he wanted to show us, Kevin was willing to work with two of my relatives who lived in the area. He was very patient with us. He showed us homes in several neighborhoods and different parts of the twin cities suburbs where were interested in. He listened to me and gave me advices when I needed. He didn?t dictate anything. Here are some of the reasons why I would like for him to be on my side for future transactions: - Kevin is highly responsive and always make sure that he immediately communicate all information he receives. - Kevin utilizes all available technology in order to get a daily pulse on the markets reaction to the property and make appropriate recommendations. - Kevins professionalism and caliber is extremely high. - Kevin has a very pleasant personality. - Kevin is trusting, honest and has high integrity. - Kevin is organized and personally managed my transaction instead of handing it off to an assistant, including taking photos and videos of my property to post on all websites he subscribes, including his own site. - Kevin has a gift for writing the story for the property so that the reader can get a sense of its feel even before stepping inside. - Kevin does not smoke.
