ZillowVERIFIEDKevin is fantastic. He is fun and energetic and pays attention to detail. We have bought 2 houses through him and each time, he went over all closing items 2 days before closing with us and was always available to answer our questions. There was a problem on our first purchase with a long-delinquent utility bill which the Title Company missed and our mortgage loan officer would do nothing to help us with. Kevin worked at it for several months and finally got the seller to pay it. On our second purchase through Kevin, we could not be at closing so he did the walk-through for us while describing everything to us over the phone. He goes above and beyond, is ethical and doesn't miss anything.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had a very negative attitude about realtors before I meet Kevin. From the beginning he showed me as his buyer I was the top priority. From time we sold to closing went without issues. In addition looking for our new home, Kevin was there.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin certainly earned 5 stars in every category with us. He helped us for almost 2 years. He had us in touch with lenders that set us up to succeed. He was amazing at juggling his schedule with our times and his other clients to make sure we saw the houses we wanted when we wanted. I have referred friends to him to do the same for them. If there was bonus stars in each category he would certainly get them. He went out of his way to make sure we become home owners! He is not only going to have my business forever but also a friendship for ever.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin had no problems walking a first time buyer through the home buying process. He made us feel comfortable and made himself available to us anytime, we felt like we were his only clients. When we found "the house" he was able to negotiate a deal that got us money to help with updating a neglected property. I look forward to using Kevin for all of our future realtor needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have been working with Kevin for two years trying to qualify for a home. Through this process Kevin has stayed in contact with me and never gave up like some other agents probably would have. Kevin is definitely not in it for the money. He truly wants to help people and their families. Getting to know him and his family through this process has been a great joy! He has 9 children (3 biological and 6 adopted). I am glad not only that I helped him with his family needs but also helped a small business grow and got to know great people through this process! I would not pay much attention to the negative feedback on his response time. It isn't true at all. He was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. I hope this helps whoever reads this to choose Kevin as their realtor whether they are buying or selling their house. Kevin is a honest, hard working man and you won't be disappointed!
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin was patient with us as we were looking for the right combination of land and house. He clearly guided us through the process of the purchase. Kevin knows the business of real estate, from front to back. I have so appreciated his honesty and integrity, that I have recommended him to others.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin was clearly out for our best interests. There were a few things to negotiate, and he knew how to work the best deal. Even as surprises came up, he dealt with them and was quick to contact us. Much of the paperwork was handled through email, which made it more convenient for us. The sale was quick, too, and Kevin helped us know what to expect for closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin has worked with us for over 3 years to find the perfect property for us. We had quit a list of requirements. When we finally found the one he worked with us even through issues outside of his control. In the end we got the perfect forever property for our family. Thanks Kevin.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin Burgess was vital to selling my house in a profitable and timely manner. I only knew him for a short time before taking his guidance on the market and how best to upgrade parts of my property for selling. He put real valuable time into preparing documents, meetings and bringing HIGHLY skilled contractors when I really needed them. Very approachable and highly recommended.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure to work with Kevin on our home purchase. We were out of state and flew in a few times with very short notice but Kevin was able to accommodate our schedule every time. We felt very comfortable with Kevin's guidance and expertise throughout the whole process. My wife and I would highly recommend Kevin Burgess as a realtor and will use his services in the future.
