Once we selected a new community, lot and model, Kevin helped us getting the best price possible. Kevin became our eyes during the construction. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot overstate how much I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy a home. He listened to what we were interested in and what our goals were for finding a house to make into our home. He sent us excellent options that accounted for our criteria. He is extremely flexible and responsive about going to look at homes and worked around our schedules with ease. At one point, he even went to go check out a house for us that we were interested in (but unable to go to ourselves due to work). He took a video walk-through and texted it to us to see if we wanted to go and look at it in person. He is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. As we are first time home-buyers, he did not become annoyed by our endless questions and our need to have things explained to us a few times.
