Kevin was my agent in purchasing a mobile home in a senior living community for my brother. This was a very modest real estate transaction and Kevin did not stand to gain much from the sale. Yet he treated us like it was a million-dollar listing, and went to the mat for us in many ways to make sure it worked out.
