My husband and I interviewed three different realtors at the beginning of our home search and both quickly agreed Kevin was the best fit for us. His knowledge of Harford County, home building in general, quality/design is immense. Kevin gave us so much of his time and was always up for arranging last minute showings for us and working with our crazy schedules. It was an intense market and Kevin always stayed calm. We saw more houses than I can count and he was consistently knowledgeable, had answers for all of our (MANY) questions and was never pushy. We went back and forth about the type of home and potential level of renovations we wanted to do and still, Kevin was extremely kind and patient with our frequent texts, competing wish lists and our kids (who were in tow for almost every home visit and meeting). Kevin knew info about every neighborhood we visited and has robust connections to an array of contractors, service providers and other helpul resources. (During inspection and since settlement we've utilized his referred contractors and all of them have been wonderful too!) Looking for the right house was a LONG journey for us and Kevin was there every step of the way. He made an extremely complicated process feel easy and straightforward and we're so excited to now be in a home that is perfect for our family. If you're considering Kevin or his team you definitely will not regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In 2015 we found ourselves getting ready to head to NM for a career move. Kevin again was wonderful in help us with our first home selling experience. The house didn't go on the market until 2016 right after we left in mid January. (Not a great time of year to sell but we didn't have a choice.) Kevin took care of everything and notified me immediately if I needed to have something done like get the walk shoveled etc. Our home sold in April and for a great price. I was very thankful for Kevin's opinion when we asked for it. He advised us well and we couldn't be happier with the results!

In June of 2016, he was instrumental in the purchase of our new home when we came back! Like a fine vintage wine, Kevin only gets better with age! This time his connections with home improvement contractors and sources provided just what we needed to make quality upgrades and changes that were required upon our moving in.
