ZillowVERIFIED I live in New York City and my father and i were interested in selling land which my father purchased many years ago in Florida. I was introduced to Kevin by a relative, and i could not have been placed in better hands. He was honest, reliable, and had lots of patience. I had MANY questions and concerns and he was available and open to helping me through this process. Better yet, i never had to travel to Florida to get this done!! The process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend him for anyone trying to negotiate their property.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin helped me purchase a piece of land in Orlando. What connected me to him was that he made the effort to provide drone footage of various properties vs. just the usual bad pictures of bushes on all the other sites. Once we got the process rolling, he was helpful in finding survey experts, a wetland consultant, and others. He even quickly cleared up a title issue for the seller that could have held up the sale. Plus, he's stayed in touch after the sale to help us with finding a builder (even though we're at least 4 years out from construction. Plus, he's just a nice, easy going guy who spent plenty of time with my wife and I discussing properties in the area. I highly recommend Kevin.

ZillowVERIFIED What a professional team. They came in with realistic comparables, took pictures of our home, had a open house. Voila, after the open house- 4 days later we had 2 offers. by a week we had one more. Sold the home right away. They did an awesome job and kept us up to date on the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Relocation from one state to another can be a daunting experience. I had many things happening at once and, as I'm told can be quite common, a few bumps in the road. The people at the Tolbert office.....Kevin, Christine and Holly.....made what could have been a difficult and stressful experience much less so with their expertise and patience. I would recommend them with no reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED Best experience I ever had with a realtor. Kevin and his team made everything easy for me as a seller from signing documents to minor repairs. Their Web presence is second to none. The virtual tour, professional photo's, and open houses almost every weekend are just a few other reasons why I would highly recommend the Tolbert Team. They are professionals that know their business and have your best interest at heart.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a new home under special circumstances; our objective changed a few times during the search. The whole team (Kevin, Christine and especially Cheryl) were extremely patient with us. We were dealing with a rather difficult seller and the team dealt with in a very professional manner. We also listed the house we were moving from with them and it sold in 2 weeks at a higher price than we anticipated. I would definitely recommend the team for sale or purchase

ZillowVERIFIED This is one top notch team! Kevin Tolbert and his amazing administrator/assistant, Amy Scott, were there with us from the initial home search until well after the house closed. They promptly answered all questions and concerns we had. Never once were we left hanging, waiting for an answer. They went far, far beyond the general scope of their job to find us the house we loved...working with us some days, from morning until night. Their extensive knowledge of the area was limitless. This is the team to go to if you're looking for a top level realty team.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been in the military for years now, I'm a writer, and never could seem to get into a good home for a great price. A friend of mine mentioned Kevin Tolbert and Keller Williams Real Estate. He said that he had no problems with them and they helped him find a home within his budget and paid special attention to his instructions on what he was looking for in a home. I needed something that could help me stay focus while I write and something that my children would love as well. Of Course I was going to take a personal referral over anything I found on the web. I looked them up on Zillow and was able to get in touch with them within 24 hours, which is a lot more than I can say about other real estate agents. I don't like leaving messages and having agents call me days later. The military did not teach me to be patient so I was really thankful when Kevin Tolbert called me back almost straight away.I had seen on Zillow that he worked with the Homes for Heroes Program, and got even more excited. Like most veterans, I have problems with my credit and with trust. I was having to put my trust in someone that I didn't even know. I wanted this home though. The phone conversation was interesting; I was asked about everything that I looked for in a home. I told them and they went to work. They found me a home within my budget, with the amount of rooms I needed, and with a yard size that I asked for. They were a life saver. The financing part was easy. I couldn't tell you how many times I have been denied financing. Kevin really knows his business and helped me get financed. I was kind of impressed to tell you the truth; my dreams on owning a home was almost extinguished. I highly recommend them especially to veterans.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin and Christine took more time with me in a short two days of house hunting than should have been expected. They understood our needs and didn't waste time showing incorrect properties. I highly recommend their services.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm an out-of-town seller. So Kevin's expertise about the area and market were very helpful. Kevin knew the amount I needed to get out of the house and when we had a prospective buyer, Kevin figured out a way (numbers magic) to structure the deal so it was a win-win to the buyer and me. I would recommend Kevin to any prospective lister or buyer.
