ZillowVERIFIEDKevin worked tirelessly to help us sell our home. He kept us informed at all times to any changes that were necessary. We had a contingent offer on a home and he helped us understand what that was and how to best effectively sell our home. He always gave us the options for moving forward when decisions needed to be made and what might happen with each decision. Kevin was an asset to us selling our home. Even through the inspections kevin was knowledgeable and helped us make the best decisions for us.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin made this such an easy process. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and keeps his clients informed and up to date on important issues at all times. We have now bought and sold houses through Kevin, and will certainly contact him again for any future real estate needs. PS - we had multiple offers the first day on the market!!
ZillowVERIFIEDFirst off, Kevin didnt ask me to write this review. I wanted to write one because I had such a pleasant experience. Ive looked for homes before, but I have never bought a home. Having the opportunity to work with multiple realtors in my life gave me the perspective to understand just how good Kevin is. Kevin was patient and knowledgeable about the home-buying process that he was able to teach somebody as unfamiliar as I was. Kevin was also incredibly helpful at speeding the process along - I was actually sleeping in a home less than 2 months after I first reached out to him. This demonstrated his expertise and familiarity with the process as I was a first time home buyer who ran into many issues with financing and wasnt easily satisfied with the homes I saw. In the rare instance Kevin didnt know something, he had a network large enough for him to find out quickly. Kevin always provided a market analysis of similar homes in the area which quickly educated me on what I should expect at each price range when moving to the state of Oklahoma. Most importantly, I trusted Kevin. I never once felt like he was misleading me or trying to push a sell. My coworkers had so many undesirable stories of their realtors that I was expecting at least a few things to go wrong, but that was never the case. I was extremely fortunate to work with Kevin throughout my home buying process. I only wish I was as skilled a writer to communicate just how superior Kevin was.
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin is hands down the only realtor to use! He was very patient with me and made the process so easy when purchasing my house. He made sure we had options and worked around the clock to make sure our needs were met when finding us a home. Not only will I use him to buy another house in the future but I will use him to sell my homes as well! I can?t thank him enough for all of his hard work!
ZillowVERIFIEDKevin was patient through the whole process as we visited a LOT of homes. He made the process very simple and easy. We felt that we were in good hands the entire time. He even went above and beyond and had someone come out and cut the grass after we moved since the seller hadnt kept up with it. Its just a small example of how Kevin took care of us during the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive Real Estate Professional, this is the guy you want to partner with. Kevin took careful note of the things we were looking for in a home, knew the area extremely well, made us aware of things we hadnt thought about, and was always quick with responses to our inquiries. This was by far the best experience Ive had in purchasing a home. Thank you so much Kevin!
