Keshorna McConnell-Gill

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

DONT RUSH! Receive all the information needed, ask many questions, repeat your questions if you don't understand. Enjoy the journey of this Home Buying process. The best form of INVESTMENT!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

2 words- Home Inspection.... Get a Home Inspection on your property before Listing. Be pro-active in the items that need to be fixed or replaced / disclose. This will help the transaction/Buyer with decision making in moving forward with your home. Completed home inspection, it looks really good on both sides of the transaction.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyer and Sellers, Investors. If your looking, I'm here to assist NO matter how big or small of the transaction. I love this business of servicing people and making a difference in the community and around it.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have many but, VA LOAN...STRESSFUL.. No matter how long or short the process, I'm there until the end. Buyers simple gave up! With a VA loan there can several conditions due to Underwriting from the Lender and VA. This transaction test my patience as well as my belief in this process. I met with my VA clients on several outside trips to encourage them with receiving necessary paperwork to meet all conditions. 1 days before settlement, NO GO! Until the last minute rushing faxing, scanning, copying, another outside meeting with Buyers, more signatures, meeting with Lender. Finally,Clear to Close!!!!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

Decided to Sell my home using a Real Estate agent.. by the time she came to assist, I did all of the work, advertising and getting the word out. ( I actually found my Seller within the time we scheduled to start the contract ) she was so impressed and upset at the same time she suggested to think about new career in Real Estate... and here I am!

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have a Degree in Business Administration. Social Media Queen, If there is any new programs, I use all Social sites to grab my audience. Social media is the greatest form of flattery when educating the community in and out of the area. It also creates a dialogue to hear from many potential Buyers or Sellers /family, friends that can share your "Pot of Real Estate Gold!"

Keshorna is an amazing realtor. My husband and I started working with her before we moved to Maryland and she was on top of trying to find us listings. After almost 6 months of searching we finally found our perfect home. She became a new addition to our family. Our children love her too. Shes a very personable realtor. Please choose her as a realtor you will not regret it. Her communication, her dedication, just everyone is what you would want in a realtor. We will be back when we are ready to buy our second home.

Mrs. Keshorna was outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was always on time for showings. Keshorna kept me updated on available houses and any paperwork that was involved. I love that she really tries to help you find what you are looking for and not just trying to make a quick sale. Rain or Shine Keshorna was available. Very easy to get in contact with throughout the process. She always encourages you to ask questions. She follows all the rules respecting the homes of the sellers. I was really impressed with Keshorna taking the time getting to know exactly what my husband and I were looking for and we found it. (Side note) she has a great lender on her side too. Great team I Most definitely recommend Keshorna!!!!!

I can happily say I HIGHLY recommend Keshorna as your next real estate agent. As a first-time home buyer (second time around), she has really helped me through this process, lifting any stress I had. She is patient, caring, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE. She also takes her time to get to you know as a person, she would pick out houses that she knows would be a great fit for me. Our paperwork/contract is always accurate and well put together. She does not forget anything. In a market where houses are being sold quickly, she advocated passionately for me to get the house I have now. You will be doing yourself the greatest benefit by having Keshorna as your next real estate agent.

Hearing stories of the home buying experience has always been fraught with tales of confusion, high pressure, and aggressive agents but with Mrs. McConnell-Gill, I found a friend. My agent took time to learn about my wants and desires and also my reality. She was sensitive to what my needs were and patient with the questions that I had. If I had to recommend an agent to the most experienced buyer or to a first-time homebuyer, I would say Mrs. McConnell-Gill is the agent you didnt know you were seeking for but definitely needed. Thank you Mrs. McConnell-Gill and I hope many years of success in your endeavors because more people need to share in the experience that I had.
