Coming from a real estate background (my father was a builder in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake) I have the knowledge and experience to work for you and help you obtain the most important investment in your life. I am a 3rd generation REALTOR and have been a full time agent since 2004. I purchased my first home when I was 19 just out of school, and love working with first time home buyers, but specialize in representing sellers and listings. I currently live in Moyock, NC with my husband Jason, 2 boys (Braden and Blake), daughter (Baylee) and my 4 lb. Chihuahua, Oreo. Kesha was amazing to partner with on the sale of our home. Her experience, expertise and understanding, of the area, the market and the process, not only helped us understand the entire process, but since our home sale had some nuances, she was able to quickly get us get the right information and legal documents. She was also very patient in educating us on the importance of the nuances, relative to our sale. She is very responsive and collaborative, she had regular touch-points with us to ensure nothing fell through the cracks and always ensured we had all the information when making decisions. Her approach and insight helped us to sell quickly, while treating us a people, as a partner, not a number. Unless you regularly sell homes, you may not be aware of all that has to happen to get a home sold. There are a lot approaches, considerations, aspects, documents and tasks that need to be done and done well. Kesha knows her business and was our 'easy button' while working through the process, which we were not experts in. Again, she is amazing and I would partner with her again, where for selling or buying!
