ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kerwin made purchasing our first home a smooth process. Showed us many homes until we found "the one". Kerwin was there for us step by step to answer questions because we had no idea what we were doing. At times we had trouble getting in contact with the seller. Kerwin stepped in and kept everything moving smoothly. Overall our experience working with Kerwin was excellent. Im confident in his abilities as an agent and would gladly recommend him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Kerwin for over a decade. He patiently worked with me to find a starter home that I loved and helped me through every step of the process. That was over 7 years ago. Since then, we have continued to work together on several projects. I recommend him FIRST to all my family, friends and colleagues. If you need a realtor that won't be pushy and will put your needs first, I highly recommend that you use Mr. Lynch! You won't be sorry

ZillowVERIFIED We found Kerwin by chance through an online service after going through couple of other agents who were not upto our expectations. He is by far one of the best agents in NJ. Extremely competent, grounded and hard-working. I can go on adding a list of adjectives to the list. He was very patient with our home search esp. with the changing expectations of my wife :). He would always show up with a smile and warm personality to all the appointments and never push us to make decisions. He would guide us whenever we would have questions but would never thrust his opinions on us. This particular quality stands out for him as compared to other agents we had dealt in the past. We closed our dream home on June 24 thanks to his help. His mortgage and inspection co. recommendations also were great!! He is now almost family for us!! We wish him all the best in his career and everything else!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kerwin's job was very difficult because we were moving nearly 100 miles, so timing and scheduling was not easy, but he made the process easy. He is relentless and is willing to show as many homes as you can handle. Moreover, he not only listens to what you're looking for in a home, he watches your reactions as you see different things to get a target of the perfect home for you. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Kerwin was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He took into account what we were looking for, in terms of amenities, location and price point. He represented our best interest when dealing with seller and got us what we needed at the time. Look forward to utilizing him for our next rental move and in a few years our home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Kerwin through a referral service via the internet. When we spoke for the first time he was professional, and there was something that just made us feel like he would move our home. We met with Kerwin, signed with him and within 7 days 5 offers all over asking price. We ended up closing on the house within 60 days after listing. Selling a home is not the easiest thing to do and is very stressful for all involved. Kerwin was there every step of the of the way --I spoke with him almost every day until the closing and if I left a message he was surely to return the call within a reasonable amount of time. In todays market it is all about pricing and marketing and Kerwin was on the money with both.....Realistic pricing and when he was marketing the house we were getting calls for appointments for showing within hours and they just kept coming... All in all I can not say enough great things about Kerwin...He was just one of the best realtors I have ever dealt with.. I would even consider him a friend ..........

ZillowVERIFIED I love Kerwin! He is the hardest working realtor in New Jersey. Kerwin spent six months working with my husband and I before we found our first home. He was always there when we needed him and would spend as much time with us as we needed. What I appreciated most about Kerwin was his honesty and integrity. He is great at what he does and he is a wonderful person.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Lynch had the knowledge and a thorough understanding of what's needed throughout the whole process. His reputation of being straight forward, and to the point when it came to getting all the information, made for a smooth transition." My house went on the market, sold, and closed within three weeks!"So, if you have serious intentions of buying or selling your home, this is one real estate agent you want to put on your short list.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerwin has been my agent through a long search for the perfect property. In a difficult market, and with my limited budget Kerwin managed to continuously hunt and find viable options that fell within my budget and search criteria. Kewrin is a pleasure to work with. He is flexible, extremely responsive (not sure how he does it!), and provides his POV based on his expertise. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated Kerwin's patience and willingness to take the time to walk me through the process. There were several bumps along the road and Kerwin proactively found solutions and pushed for resolution with all parties involved. I honestly could not speak highly enough of Kerwin or recommend him more if you are in search of a property or looking to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Kerwin while I was selling my home in Newark NJ. Kerwin was the realtor for the buyer, but turned into the realtor for the seller and the buyer. Kerwin's level of professionalism was acceptional, not to mention how helpful and responsive he was when I had to go to the city of Newark to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy in order to sell my home. As I was deciding to relocate to North Carolina or stay in NJ, I needed to find a place to live in NJ, once a job became available for me. Kerwin and my relationship had grown so close in such a short amount of time, I needed to find a place to move in 1 week of what would have been my closing date. Kerwin sent me a listing of places based on my needs, and in a weeks time he found my idea place to live. Not to mention he had a doc sign application on his phone to make the transaction very seemless and quick for me to obtain the place I wanted to move to. Kerwin is a very knowledgeable realtor with a wealth of experience and solutions to making things happen just when you think there are no more options.I would recommend Kerwin to anyone I know looking to buy, sale, or rent property.Kerwin, thank you for all you did to make my experience, selling, renting, as seemless as possible. In addition I've gained a very good friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Kerwin has extensive knowledge of the market and what is available. He went out of his way to help and assist with attaining a home. He not only is professional and extremely responsive but he actually cares about what his client wants. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him without a shadow of a doubt. I currently have a rental and I will go to him for renting, buying or selling in the future. Truly a great realtor and even better person.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerwin is excellent. Prior to meeting him, I had been looking for a home for six months. In that time I had convinced myself, brokers were worst than used car salesman with an "as is" protection to sell a lemon. Kerwin definitely saved the brokers reputation. As a first-time home buyer, he explained every little detail. I did nothing after he took over. I told him what was my budget, and he even recommended having the seller pay the closing cost in order for me to save money for moving and other bills. Unbelievable, but he came back with a better deal that I expected. I'm sure I would never work with another broker with such dedication and qualities. I would recommend him, without a doubt, especially to a first-time buyer. Thank you Kerwin.
