It was a pleasure working with Kerryn. She did a great job selling our home in Belleair. Kerryn was able to get our home sold where the 2 previous realtors that had our listing failed. We had the unique opportunity to observe multiple different realtors (as listing agents for our home), and see the significant difference that Kerryn brings to a transaction as compared to other realtors and other agencies. Kerryn was fully engaged and involved in the transaction from start to finish (unlike the other realtors), and made sure nothing was missed or overlooked. She stepped in with insight and action to make sure any potential issues were resolved quickly.
