Kerry sold my condo in Montgomery Village in less than a week. She made the process very easy and was always available to me when I had questions. In fact, she went above and beyond the call of duty by changing the fluorescent lights in the kitchen light fixture for me. She can do it all! I highly recommend her as the realtor to sell any home.

We were helping an older gentleman friend sell his townhouse and had no knowledge about the area where he lived. Kerry was incredible! She knew the area and what the townhouse would bring. She took over the renovations.We never had to lift a finger and it turned out beautiful. Most important she was always helpful and informative to our 91 yr. old friend. Always made situations easy for him and explained details so he would understand what was happening. She was always accessible and was prompt returning calls. The townhouse sold for above asking and our friend was delighted.
