Kerry did everything from the smallest detail to the large items. He did all our local work, as we are not located on the Cape. For examples, he went to the town hall to check permits, did the final cleaning set up, followed up on final water and gas bills, and checked the house during a cold snap. He is a great negotiator in the truest sense. He got us the right price.

Kerry is a wonderful agent in every regard. He is completely professional and committed while maintaining what I would say is a Midas touch... He is never pushy or puffing, but he is always attentive, and a great listener; and I found him to be a truly calming force during a time where the housing market was not very kind to yearning Boston-area buyers. He is wise to the ways of world and clearly possesses a wide breadth of experience. My wife and I met Kerry at the very first open house we ever attended back in March, 2021. From that day forward, a natural progression evolved as Kerry became our guide and agent, and we did become a bit friendly as well. He made us feel comfy. Hes very easy to talk to and made it clear he was in it for the long haul and that together, we were going to find a home, regardless of any outside forces. And he was right. Not only that, Kerry is steadfast. Any question, email, voice mail, inquiry of any kind we had--he could be counted on to reply or respond forthwith, and did so for us a hundred times--all before we ever even had an offer made/accepted. It was a learning experience. When we finally did find our new home, Kerry couldnt have been more helpful or attentive.. He even sat with us during our closing conference with the attorney... Something not nearly all agents do. I would recommend knowing him and working with him if you have any choice in the matter. You will not be able to do better, I doubt very much. We will always be thankful for his entrance into our lives and all the help and critical guidance he was willing to share with us. Thank you, Kerry!!!!
