ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great experience working with Kerry DeBellis on the purchase of two investment properties. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Kerry understood what I was looking for as an investor and was always available to answer questions and help guide me through each step. ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Kerry for helping make a move to a whole new life far away from Staten Island. Richmondtown was a beautiful place to raise children with great neighbors that will be sorely missed. The process with Kerry was exciting from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerry was so helpful with the purchase of my new home! I've heard so many horror stories with people searching and buying homes and how overwhelming it can be. But with Kerry, it was seamless. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always responsive (answering all of my questions). She cared about me finding a home, not just another person buying a house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. If you're thinking about it, go for it and reach out to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Kerry was beyond professional and went the extra mile for me numourous times. She worked hard on my sale (numerous open houses, helped stage the place, listed it everywhere). I went for sale to the closing table in 3 1/2 months. It would have been three weeks but the buyer had the mortgage process. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kerry, and her partner Irene, on the sale of our apartment and purchase of our new home in late 2017. We were probably not the easiest of clients for Kerry and Irene, bringing to the table a near impossible combination of specific "must haves" in terms of neighborhoods and house features, along with a limited budget... basically we were asking for a great house, in a great neighborhood, for under market price. And that's exactly what Kerry and Irene found for us. After months of looking at countless houses, we found what we were looking for. Kerry and Irene provided guidance and knowledge through the entire process. When a few of the houses we were interested in failed inspections or when potential sellers attempted to renegotiate the terms, Kerry and Irene stepped in and provided solid advice and suggestions. They made great recommendations in terms of lenders, lawyers, inspectors, etc..., pretty much a one stop shop. And we also got a great deal on our apartment sale. I would absolutely recommend working with Kerry for your next sale or purchase. We definitely will (assuming she'll work with us again!)
