ZillowVERIFIEDKerri helped us sell a family member's home that needed a lot of love and TLC. For years he had not been able to physically take care of the home he had designed and built. She brought in a team of people to help clean and organize things, had many showings and offers, and sold the house for him as he moved into a Retirement Facility. I don't know of another Realtor who has gone above and beyond at every level like she did! In addition, she was always immediately available, totally helpful and extremely positive. We are very grateful and recommend her without reservation! Erika Myers

ZillowVERIFIED Kerri was very helpful, persistent and thorough in selling my home. She worked hard to generate interest through various channels, produce multiple offers and ensure that we had a solid approach. Kerri was always able to get a good crowd at open houses and followed up with all potential opportunities. I found Kerri to be honest and up front -- she maintained integrity about the value of my home and I am happy to recommend her to anyone considering selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerri was our third real estate agent. The first two quit after one month each. Kerri stuck with us for one year during which time we had to replace a septic tank to match the number of bedrooms we had. And this was during a pandemic when the bird of health was busy trying to save lives, not sign off on septic tanks. Our home was priced appropriately, staged beautifully and advertised where it was supposed to be. Kerri was available for all showings and was considerate of our schedule. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerri is absolutely incredible. I don't think I have ever seen anyone, in any capacity of service, who puts in as much effort or care as she does. Without going into the details, we had a very complex situation that required care, attention to detail, and (to be honest) a bit of compassion. It was a cross-country move, from Florida to NY, but with some intricacies. Kerri went out of her way to help us succeed in the home buying process - over and over again. Many agents will help you so that you will give them a good review, or get your future business. Kerri genuinely cared about us and our situation, as evidenced many many times. Even after our purchase, she helped us find help for an issue we were experiencing, provided us with information on how to reduce our costs, and was just generally there for us. I really can't speak enough about her. Choosing anyone else is shortchanging yourself. If you're looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and hardworking agent - Kerri is THE choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been working with Kerri Stretch for over a decade. She has extensive experience with investors and home buyers. Her tenacity and keen insight on the real estate market has helped me with many a decision. She is constantly bettering herself by taking classes to keep abreast of the latest industry trends. She then responds by actively passing the information and knowledge learned onto her clients. There is no one that I trust more than Kerri on ALL my deals. Whether it be to find a good renter for my apartment, or to advise me on the best price to sell my house for or to make a bid on a house...she has her finger on the pulse when it comes to real estate. Shes helped me this year alone with all those kinds of transactions. I look forward to doing more deals with Kerri and have recommended her to all of my friends, family and colleagues who are interested in buying real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerri has been my realtor on multiple house deals. I have known her for over a decade. She helped me short sale my first house as well as buy several houses. Kerri is a very experienced realtor and operates with honesty and integrity. To me experience equals wisdom. She is known and liked by many people in the industry. Having good relationships with other realtors does help when you need inside information. I trust her on all my deals. In fact, right now she is helping me sell my first flip house. Although I was a bit hesitant with the price she suggested to list it for (I wanted it to be higher), the offer came in right around that listed price. The house then appraised for just a little under the listed price. My only issue with Kerri is at times she can get a bit busy. Although she does have some help, sometimes her help does not always follow through in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Kerri is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. She helped us all the way through the process, from patiently helping us figure out what we were looking for to helping us secure a contract on the first house that we made an offer on. ZillowVERIFIED We previously listed with another agent who made a ton of promises but no delivery, I felt neglected. When the contract was up, my husband and I sat with Kerri, and talked. I immediately felt comfortable with her and felt she was being honest. She gave us great suggestions on moving the furniture to make the place more desirable. She staged our house. The minute our house listing went live, we had showing requests. Throughout the whole process I felt Kerri was holding my hand and always in contact. We are now in contracts with a pending sale and it has been less than a month listed! I would definitely recommend Kerri!
