Then Mrs. Reynolds made the necessary phone calls to show a home not previously on our itinerary. She was most efficient and accommodating. Finally, we visited the last home on our list, but because of glitches with the lock-box software, we were unable to see the home's interior. Mrs. Reynolds is an experienced professional and a pleasure to work with!
