ZillowVERIFIED In 2021, I had a very bad experience with Signature in Smithtown and they made me sign a 6 month contract. They wouldnt let me get out of it so I had to wait for my contract to expire. In June of 2022, I wanted to put my house up again. This time I learned my lesson, I interviewed 6 different relators and had 3 pages of questions. From the moment I met Kerri and John all my fears and anxiety were to put ease. They answered all my questions before I even asked, knew my community, all my wants and needs. They had professional pictures taken which I didnt have before, drone shots, my floor plan so there were no surprises to any buyers walking into my home and even added more of their personal touch by creating the cutest video on my porch. They used every media outlet to market my house before it was even on the market and during. They were so organized with showing my home and even sent cookies to all my neighbors during my open house to apologize for any inconvenience. My house sold in less than a week, where Signature couldnt even get an offer in 6 months. They are able and willing to answer any and all questions. Whats also great is you can throw your ideas off them and they will sit and brainstorm with you. They helped me find contractors for some things I needed done and they stayed on schedule and were very understanding to what I wanted.I found them by accident and it was a very happy accident.
