Working with Kerri was a dream! After our house sat on the market with another real estate company with little to no activity for two years, we made a change and listed with Kerri. Within 3 1/2 months after listing in the middle of winter, we went under contract after a flurry of showings. Good lines of communication with our realtor was of high importance to us, and Kerri was always very prompt in responding to all of our messages, answering our questions, and keeping us in the loop. In addition, Lighthouse has a wonderful app that keeps the seller informed of showing appointments, inspections, and buyers feedback.
