Kerre brings those values and also employs a great team that helped in financing and closing when my credit union fell through. Closed in under 30 days even as a business owner with piles of documents what should have been a long process. Review We were referred to Kerre Allman 3 years ago. We live in Ohio and had a retirement home in Arizona. We were looking to relocate the retirement home to Florida. We looked at several homes when we first met Kerre. She kept in contact with us over the last 3 years sending prospective homes which were for sale to look at! In April of this year we sold our home in Arizona and headed to Florida. Kerre showed us 6 houses in the Port Charlotte area. One we put an offer on but we were not selected. Another house became available and through Kerre we made an offer. The sellers selected our offer and we closed the sale in 14 days! The services Kerre provided us were very professional and timely. She offered through experience several items which were valuable in making our decision. Also her responsiveness was excellent. In today's Real Estate market timing is very critical. Kerre responded in all instances within 2 hours. As long as she is in the real estate business she will be our agent.
