Kermit is awesome. He is an extremely hard worker, he was showing my house and had it sold really quickly. You have no idea what a difference your realtor makes. I've had other realtors that were lazy and didnt show my property because they were too busy trying to sell higher valued homes. I gave the listing to Kermit and he was lining up viewings left and right. He had it sold in no time. I always felt that he was giving my home a lot of attention and effort. You call this guy if you want good results.

Kermit was a great help in the whole process of buying my home, he thoroughly explained all the details of the mortgage application and what to expect during the processing of the loan, prior to buying the house I am living in now he had a selection of homes aside from what I had already wanted to look at all of which were within the budget I had set for myself, all in all I would highly recommend anyone I know to use him in buying a new home or even selling their present home, he is an outstanding and trustworthy individual!!!
