Kermit is awesome. He is an extremely hard worker, he was showing my house and had it sold really quickly. You have no idea what a difference your realtor makes. I've had other realtors that were lazy and didnt show my property because they were too busy trying to sell higher valued homes. I gave the listing to Kermit and he was lining up viewings left and right. He had it sold in no time. I always felt that he was giving my home a lot of attention and effort.
