ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our home in Riverview, we decided to go with a local Realtor. Considering Kerins name was showing up everywhere (Facebook, local contests and giveaways, etc), we decided to give him a call. Much to our surprise, he answers his own phone. Although he probably had a hundred other things going on, he took our call, spent the time talking with us about our property and scheduled an appointment around our schedule to come meet us. Although our home was in pretty good condition, we knew we had some loose ends to tie up before putting it on the market. Kerin was respectful but honest with his opinion as to what we should and should not focus on. When listing our home, Kerin said our property would be near the top of the list in terms of number of views on Zillow. I dont know why we doubted him because it was easily top 5, if not higher, for several weeks. When the views started to dwindle (I dont think it ever dipped below 100 each day or fell out of the top 10), he added a video and our views skyrocketed. Before we knew it, we had a couple offers to choose from. Kerin discussed with us his opinion of each offer and helped us decide on which one to accept and with what conditions. Based on his recommendations, the home closed on time and we even received more than our asking price. Although when we first called him we didnt know Kerin from any other random stranger, we felt like he was a long-time friend and knew he was on our side (not something I can say about all Realtors considering our first experience buying a home was a nightmare!) from Day 1. He stayed on top of our questions/concerns, provided valuable information and always made time for us. Knowing how busy he is helping his other clients (not to mention all the time and money he spends on neighborhood giveaways), you never have to worry about him not answering the phone or replying promptly to a text or email. We cant thank him enough for getting our house sold quickly and getting us top dollar. For anyone thinking of buying or selling a home, I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thank you again Kerin!

ZillowVERIFIED Kerin is an awesome realtor and all-around good human being. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. I'm an attorney, so I have a pretty strong personality and generally have a hard time letting others handle things. Kerin not only made me feel like I could let him take the reigns, but he also made sure I had fun going through the process. For example, he made an awesome video of my home that also include some funny outtakes and inside jokes that will forever have me laughing. I ultimately had a change of heart about selling my home and pulled it off the market after having it listed just a few days. However, in those few days Kerin got me 3 offers! Yes, 3 offers! And it gets better. Of those 3 offers, 2 matched the asking price and 1 exceeded the asking price. And at no point did he get upset with me for deciding not to sell (i.e. no sale, no commission). I plan to sell my home a year or two from now and will definitely be reaching out to Kerin when I'm ready to put it back on the market. I'll also be using him to buy my next home (assuming it's in Florida). I can't recommend Kerin enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Kerin is amazing. After living in New York for nearly 50 years, my husband and I decided Florida was were we wanted to spend our golden years. Buying a house in 2016 is a lot different from when we purchased our first home in 1975. We dealt with 3 agents from various agencies prior to finding Kerin. Some of those agents were lazy and very difficult to work with. Others totally lied to us. Upon the recommendation of another, we reached out to Kerin. He was a gift from God. Not only did Kerin work his tail off to find us exactly what we were looking for, he was easy to work with and honest. He looked out for us. After dealing with agents who only looked out for themselves - it was easy to see the difference. He was there to answer our questions any time of day. In fact, he was there to answer the calls from our children whenever they had a concern or question. Moving was a big deal for us and Kerin really made it a pleasure. He was in constant contact wherever we were. His email communication was flawless and the were able to do most of the paperwork electronically when we weren't in Florida. Kerin really is as good as it gets! It really was a pleasure working with him. He will not disappoint you!
